All are welcome to join us at Cycles of Spirit as we gather together on the first Monday evening of each month at 6:30pm EST. When we are not in-person Cycles of Spirit uses ZOOM for our service platform.
Since our beginning in 2010, Cycles of Spirit has rented the beautiful space in the Parish Hall of the KUUC when our services are in-person. We are back to ZOOMing for the cooler months. Presently you can join us on ZOOM. Please find the ZOOM link each month at the top of the page.
Please note that Cycles of Spirit is not affiliated with the KUUC.
Although it's not the same as in-person, and we certainly miss the warm hugs, we have found the connection through ZOOM on the internet to be uplifting and filled with the energy of light and love.
With deep gratitude for all who attend, for your support as a member, and for your donations.
For those that have asked: "Why ZOOM?", the full answer can be found at the bottom of this page. I appreciate the question.
We rely on your generous offerings with PayPal through the "Donate" button.
You are also welcome to pay with a check made out to Cycles of Spirit. The mailing address is:

Thank you for your continued generosity as we strive to bring healing and upliftment through the service that Cycles of Spirit provides.
I believe each person's Sanctuary resides within and mirrors our very being when we notice and tap into all of the amazing beauty around. As Cycles of Spirit closes in on its 13th year and plants the seed for year 14, we have grown and blossomed from a handful of people attending the Spiritual Development Circles, to as many as 72 people on a Monday evening!
As a Spiritualist gathering we are blessed with the offering of healing, inspirational messages, and amazing mediums who give evidence that proves, without a doubt, that our Loved Ones in Spirit are still with us. Now that we are ZOOMing our services, the remarkable energy of light and love continues to be felt, even when we do not meet in person. Cycles of Spirit was not meant to be a church of the physical as much as it was created as a space for people to find their way on their Spiritual journey in feeling safe, as they search their heart and soul for comfort in healing and upliftment. There is a connection embraced that is beyond words and I am grateful for the experience and the sharing that is brought forth each month.
The purpose of going within to soul-search has become more and more the theme for the present-day. Cycles of Spirit continues to embrace each person as you reflect from the heart of your spirit and soul in realizing that love abides.
May your journey be Divinely guided and the light that you are shine bright. With so much love. I look forward to seeing everyone as we meet in the beginning of each month for our evening service.
Blessings to you ~ Namaste ~ In the spirit of love, light and joy, Rev Kary
This is lengthy, but it’s easier to write it out in detail for the understanding of the few that have asked, and those that have not; why Cycles of Spirit is going to ZOOM again. Offered from the view point of the founder and President of Cycles of Spirit:
Cycles of Spirit has catered not only to the Spiritual Essence of the being, but also the physical, for many years. As finding a place to hold our services for two years previous to our inception was difficult, we have been blessed to rent the Parish Hall of the KUUC since 2010.
Before the rules and regulations of covid, we were a full in-person Spiritualist Service. When the surfacing of covid demanded rules and regulations to be set in place, we were forced to either end our services or learn to ZOOM. We chose to ZOOM. Cycles of Spirit has been grateful to use the Parish Hall for in-person services this past summer.
As winter approaches, windows will once again be shut; at which time there will be no fresh air flow in a space that would be considered small when sitting 30 and more people. Before covid, Cycles of Spirit was bringing in 50 attendees each month, which made for extremely close seating and tight quarters. The past few years we have ZOOMed because of the mandates in place in renting the Parish Hall; that required 6 foot spacing and masks. As far as wearing masks goes; the speaker and mediums’ voices would be muffled and not easily understood. And the six-foot spacing… well… not even possible; as the space was full to over flowing with the many that attended. We considered turning people away when we reached the maximum capacity in order to honor the rules, but decided that would be a horrible thing to have to do.
Meeting in person this past summer, has consistently brought around 30 people; this places everyone in close proximity to each other. Now, the dichotomy of all this IS the closeness that we love so much! And we are all lovin’ the hugs. Our Board of Directors have discussed, and voted on the ramifications of ZOOM vs. in-person in many of our past quarterly meetings. It is not an easy decision to go back to ZOOM after all the closeness; but that is exactly the reason why we are going back to ZOOM. We also have approximately 30 people on ZOOM, which tells us that it is well received in that manner. We have both sides of the coin here. There are many that will be present whether we are in person or ZOOMing.
Some do not believe that covid is a thing. I am sad to say that I know a number of people in our area that have, or are recently getting over some extremely difficult bouts of covid. It has also begun its plight overseas again. In honor of those that have been in the ICU because of covid, or have loved ones who have passed into spirit with complications of it, I say it is a real thing. Personally; I spent last Christmas into this New Year on medication to combat my difficulty breathing and the horrible effects of covid. I am not being an alarmist here, I am simply stating facts, knowing that it is coming back.
My deepest desire is to keep us all safe in having a place to be with each other in celebration of our Spiritual connections. Three years ago, we almost had to shut our doors all together. Cycles of Spirit is not only about the well-being of the spiritual, but also the well-being of the physical. Luckily, we found salvage in ZOOM. Personally, it was a real struggle to learn to ZOOM! The whole covid thing changed the world… But once we got into it, as a service for those who attend on ZOOM, I found that it is as enlightening, healing, and as uplifting as our in-persons are. The mediumship is equally incredibly spot on and continues to offer messages from Spirit Loved Ones, even, especially in ZOOMing; as we are all energy in our connections, in Love and Divine Light.
Thank you for the few that have asked me why. I hope this lengthy response is thorough enough to answer your question. I have decided to post this in its entirety, for those that have not heard the reasons previously; as to why Cycles of Spirit will be ZOOMing again. I am grateful to bring you our service in whatever way is for the Highest and Best Good of all.
Please go to our website to find the ZOOM link for October. If you are on our e-mail list you will receive the ZOOM link next week. I look forward to seeing everyone and feeling the amazing energy of our hearts in the Sacredness of the I AM Presence in All That Is.
In the spirit of love, light and joy. Namaste. Rev Kary
